SALE CONDITIONS When a client wants to buy an item, he may act both on line, or contact directly the Studio by telephone, fax or e-mail. Payment, in case of on-line sale, can be effected by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), wire bank transfer or cash in case of mail parcel (in some Countries). Regarding delivery, it is effected by Forwarding Agents specialised in deliveries of everything everywhere with whom Antichitaonline have usual relationships or by mail. The costs of the transport/consignment/shipping, customs duties (if any) will be charged to the buyer. The buyer shall comply with the applicable laws and regulations regarding objects subject to notification, in particular with regard to articles 2, 3 and 5 of law n° 1089 of 1st June 1939 and to Regulation of 30th January 1913 and subsequent amendments. All exports of objects by resident and not resident in Italy are regulated by the above mentioned laws. Antichitaonline shall be not held liable for any restriction on export of the sold items or for any license or permit that the buyer must obtain under the Italian law. In the event that the Italian State exercises the right of pre-emption, the buyer shall not be entitled to receive any refund of the interest on the sale price. We usually send to the buyer the description of the item, complete with all characteristics we are aware, together with the previous expertise, in case it is at our hands, after the sale.
